I made this site as a way to tell you more about myself than you may see on my resume or social media. I am excited to share my passion with whoever is interested enough to read more.

Special Interest

I consider my self much more than just a Biological Engineer. I am a curious person and that has led me to have many interdisciplinary interests.

Stormwater Engineering

My thesis project surrounds improving the resiliency of stormwater control measures in the face of our ever-changing climate. The subject matter of my research aligns with my desire to become an environmental consultant with a specialization in stormwater once I begin my professional career.

Landscape Architecture

When I look for an answer to a problem I think of things from an engineering, design, and social perspective. By pursuing a minor in Landscape Architecture, I am training to think of infrastructure in a more creative and interdisciplinary way.

Community Outreach

I have always been passionate about helping young women and minorities gain access to STEM. I consistently seek opportunities to engage in community outreach. I'm also a very vocal advocate for childhood cancer awareness, being that I am a survivor myself.
